Industrial Workshop Table – Student Project

This industrial-style workshop table is a student project created under my guidance, focusing on developing strong fundamentals for real-time environment props. The asset combines aged wood and worn metal elements, emphasizing believable construction, material breakup, and functional design.

The student explored storytelling through surface wear, incorporating chipped paint, rust accumulation, scratches, and weathered wood grain to reflect prolonged industrial use. Special attention was given to PBR accuracy, clean topology, and optimization for real-time rendering.
